عندنا ١٥٠ عضو مجلس شورى رفعنا لهم عريضه موقعه من المواطنين ومرفقه بدراسه عن الموضوع تم رفض مناقشتها بحجة انه لم يتم
تبنيها من قبل احد اعضاء المجلس.. طبعا محد من اعضاء
المجلس رضي يتبنى القضيه بعد الي صار في عضو سابق شجاع اسمه محمد آل زلفه..
الرجل الشجاع الذي وقف أمام الجميع وتحمل الكثير من الاهانات والتهم له ولاسرته
بسبب هذا الموضوع وفي النهايه مجلس الشورى احال الموضوع للهيئه الشرعيه للدراسه وطبعا تم التجاهل..
الكلام هذا كان في ٢٠٠٥.. ست سنوات مضت ولم نسمع شيء

بالنسبه للبيان الجديد .. موضوع تصوير المعاناه اليوميه للمرأه السعوديه مع المواصلات في غياب مواصلات عامه ضروري جدا.
.وسيحرك المشاعر ويسبب ضغط ايجابي على المجتمع وسيخرس المعارضين وسيكون بإذن الله من الأسباب التي ستسرع في اتخاذ القرار..
.سمعت من مصدر جدا موثوق ان قرار تأنيث المحلات النسائيه جاء بعد رؤيه اصحاب القرار لفيدوهات صوروها البنات للبائعين في هذه المحلات

مجلس الشورى رافض تماما يطرح الموضوع ..
والمسؤولين في الدوله قالوا ان الموضوع راجع للمجتمع مو لنا.. يعني الرساله واضحه.. المرأه هي الي بيدها القرار وليس العكس.
.متى ما أردنا صار الأمر واقع.. النساء وأهاليهم مازالت لديهم عقده الخوف والسجن.. هذا الشيء مستحيل يصير.
.الي صار معاي أنا ماراح يصير مع أي احد ثاني لان الاعلام كله اتكلم في قضيتي وصار فيه احراج كبير لجميع الاطراف.
.يعني زي ماتقول اكلتها انا وبإذن الله ماراح تمر اي وحده بيها
.كل المطلوب نتكاتف ونوحد الجهود ونتعلم نسوق ونسوق

استخدام سائق خاص في جميع الدول من مظاهر الترف.
.هنا الكل مجبر عليه حتى الي راتبها بالكاد يكفيها تقتسم الجزء الاكبر منه للسائق.. الطبقه المخمليه ماتحتاج اصلا تسوق.. لانهم عندهم سائقين مو مكلفين عليهم.
.الطبقه الكادحه اكثر المتضريين .. تخيلوا انكم تدفعوا اقساط سياره ١٠٠٠ ل ١٥٠٠ ريال في الشهر وتزودوا عليها ١٠٠٠-٢٠٠٠ راتب السائق.
هذا غيرواكله وشربه وسكنه وعلاجه واقامته وتذاكره وفيزته. اكثر المتضررين النساء بلا رجل في المنزل من مطلقات وارامل.. او من ابوها شيخ كبير او معوق.
.زمان كانت الناس مرتاحه مادياً الان مع ارتفاع نسب البطاله وانخفاض الاجور اصبح استقدام السائقين مكلف جدا ومرهق جدا اقتصادياً

للأسف حتى التجمعات والاعتصامات ممنوعه في السعوديه ويعاقب عليها القانون لذلك الخطه ان لاتظاهر ولاتجمع.
.الخطه انه مافي خطه اصلا.
.من لديها رخصه وتريد قضاء حاجه تسوق سيارتها بنفسها لحد مايتعود
المجتمع على رؤية النساء خلف المقود وتصبح واقع ويتم اصدار القرارات لتهيئه الوضع لقيادة النساء.

.بصدد عمل منشورات وان شاء الله نحصل عالتصريح.. وايضا بصدد طباعه ستيكرات للسيارات..
وطلبنا من المؤيدين ربط اشرطه خضراء اذا كانوا مؤيدين... المشكله يا اخ فتحي المجتمع هنا يفرض وصايته بشكل عجيب على الاخر.
.يعني ماعندنا ثقافه اختلاف الاراء.. لما تختلف الآراء تتم مهاجمه الاشخاص بشراسه وينقلب الصديق عدو..
فالكثير من المؤيدين مؤيدين بقلوبهم وصامتين،، المعارضين اقليه لكن صراخهم وهجومهم غطى على الباقين.
.نعمل على توعيه الجميع في المجتمع بهذا الحق.
.وكل شخص لازم يقوم بواجبه ويوعي الي حوله بدء من البيت والمدرسه والشارع

هذه خاطرة حول ( طريقة الاستدلال ) في ( قضية قيادة المرأة للسيارة ) ، وليست حديثا عن ( قيادة المرأة للسيارة ) ؛ لأني – بصراحة – أكره الكلام في قضية أدرك تماما أنه لو أراد من بيده الأمر أن يسمح بها لوجد مئات يفتون بالإباحة ؛ بعضهم عن قناعة دينية ، وبعضهم بحثا عن مصلحة ، و وتبقى ممانعة من قلة يهمسون بمعارضتهم دون جهر بها ، ثم لا يلبث أولئك الممانعون أن يلتحقوا بالركب ، ثم لا يلبث الأمر برمته أن يكون ذكرى من ذكريات الماضي يتندر به من عاصره ، ويُدْهش كيف تغيرت الأمور؟ ، ويتعجب من لم يعاصرها من الأجيال اللاحقة ويستنكر أنه وجد حقيقة من يرى حرمتها .

خاطرتي معرفية خالصة تبين عن هشاشة في بناء الفتوى ؛ فأقوى الأدلة التي تطرح لـ( تحريم القيادة ) هي سد الذريعة للفساد ؛ دعونا نبحث عن ( الفساد المتحقق ) وليس ( الفساد المتوهم ) لأن الفتوى إنما تبنى على ( الأمور المتحققة لا المتوهمة

أكثر ما يورد من الفساد المحتج به للتحريم أمران :

االأمر الأول
——————

تسهيل طريق الفساد للمرأة برضاها ؛ فتكون السيارة عامل فساد كبير لها تذهب بها إلى ما تريد من دون رقابة

أسرية ؛ قلت : هذا بلا شك معاملة دونية للمرأة ، وتغليب جانب الشك بها وبأخلاقها ، وبأن الأصل تقييدها ومنعها من التصرف إلا برقابة مشددة ، ثم إذا وافقنا على المعاملة الدونية للمرأة ، وأن الأصل الشك بها وبأخلاقها فاقول : هو متحقق الوقوع لمن أرادته من النساء دون قيادتها للسيارة ؛ متحقق بالجوال ، والانترنت ، ووجود سيارات الأجرة ، ووجود سواقين في البيت ، وكل هذه وسائل أسلم وأخفى من السيارة ؛ لأن السيارة معلومة لكل أحد ، وفيها رقم يمكن ملاحظته وتسجيله ، و عليه فيجب على من حرم قيادتها للسيارة دفعا لهذه ( المفسدة المتوهة ) أي يطرد الحكم ويحرم عليها استعمال ( الجوال ، والانترنت ، وركوب سيارات الأجرة ، بل والخروج من البيت وحدها ؛ لأنه مظنة للتصرف الشائن !!! ، والقاعدة الأصولية تقول : الشريعة لا تفرق بين المتشابهات ، ولا تجمع بين المختلفات ؛ فعلام فرقوا بين المتشابهات فأباحوا بعضها وقصروا التحريم على بعض آخر والعلة متحققة في الجميع ؟

الأمر الثاني : ——————مفسدة ( تحرش ضعاف النفوس من الشباب بمن تقود السيارة )، و قد أصابوا في هذه ، فلعمر الله إن هذه مفسدة

حقيقية موجودة وليست متوهمة ؛ إذ هي متحققة ، و متفق على وجودها في ظل واقعنا المحلي

حسنا سيقول المؤيدون للفتوى : أرأيتم أن ثمة مفسدة حقيقية وليست متوهمة فلماذا تجيزون قيادتها ؟

الجواب : صحيح ، ولا شك ، ولا ريب ، ولا يختلف في هذا اثنان أن هذه المفسدة متحققة الوقوع ، لكن اسمحوا لي أن

أسأل سؤالا مهما وهو : هل هذه المفسدة ممكنة الدفع أي ممكن إزالتها أو لا ؟

دعونا نستعمل طريقة ( السبر والتقسيم ) في الجواب ؛ فنقول :

إن كان الجواب : ( لا غير ممكن دفع المفسدة وإزالتها ) ؛ فلا شك ، ولا ريب ، ولا يختلف اثنان أن القيادة من الناحية الشرعية لا تجوز ، وهنا يجب ويتعين تفعيل قاعدة ( سد الذريعة ) بلا خلاف ، فتكون كتحريم بيع السلاح وقت الفتنة ؛ لأن بيع السلاح في حال الأمن جائز ؛ لكن وقت الفتنة لا يجوز سدا لذريعة استعماله في السطو ، وسفك الدم الحرام ، و هي مفسدة ( متحققة ) ولا يمكن إزالتها إلا بالصلح بين الفرقاء الذي به تزول الفتنة برمتها، ويرجع الأمر لأصله في الإباحة ؛ إذ عدمت الفتنة .

وإن كان الجواب : ( نعم يمكن دفع المفسدة وإزالتها ، أو إزالة غالبها ) فلا شك ولا ريب ولا يختلف في هذا اثنان أنها جائزة وليست بمحرمة

الآن ننظر في واقعنا المحلي ونسأل : هل يمكن إزالة المفسدة أو غالبها ؟

الجواب : نعم ، ولاشك في ذلك ، ولا ريب ، ولا يختلف في هذا اثنان

السؤال : كيف تدفع هذه المفسدة وتزال ، أو يزال غالبها ؟

الجواب : بأمرين :

الأمر الأول :—————– بوضع ضوابط للقيادة ، كشرط السن ، و أماكن القيادة ، مثلا

الأمر الثاني : ————بسن قوانين صارمة ، بالسجن المغلظ ، والفصل عن العمل ، والتأديب ، و الفضح على الملأ بالمتحرش ؛ إذ لا يوجد في العالم اليوم كله شعب تسيره القيم ونوازع الضمير ، ما يسير المجتمعات وينظمها ، ويدفع التعدي والعدوان من القوي على الضعيف فيها هي القوانين والنظم ؛ لأنه إذا عدم العقاب الرادع انتشرت الفوضى ، و اغتصبت الأموال ، وسفكت الدماء ، وانتهكت الأعراض في عقر البيوت المحصنة ، وليس فقط من ( امرأة تقود سيارتها )

إن من أعظم الجناية على الشرع الشريف أن يكون الأصل في الفتوى ( مراعاة المتحرش ) ، وهضم ( حق المتحرش بها ) ؛ فلكي نقضي على ( مفسدة التحرش ) نفتي بمنع ( المتحرَّش بها ) من بعض حقوقها التي ليس فيها دليل مستقل بمنعها منه ، بل الأمر يستند على قاعدة ( سد الذريعة المفضية للتحرش ) ، ولهذا لو طردنا قاعدتهم في تفعيل قاعدة سد الذريعة المفضية للفساد في الأمور التي يمكننا فيها دفع الفساد لحرمنا أمورا كثيرة من الحلال ؛ فمثلا : إذا كثرت سرقة السيارات نفتي بتحريم شراء السيارة ؛ لأن شراءها يفضي لمفسدة السرقة وضياع المال ، بدل أن نطالب بإزالة تلك المفسدة المقدور على دفعها ؛ وذلك بسن قوانين رادعة للصوص ، وتشديد الأمن .

و إذا كثرت الحوادث في مدينة ما نفتي بحرمة قيادة الرجال للسيارة لأنها مفضية لمفسدة متحققة بتلف الأنفس و الأموال بدل أن نطالب بإزالة تلك المفسدة المقدور على دفعها وذلك بتفعيل قوانين المرور وتشديد مراقبة السائقين .

الخلاصة :————-

كما نوهت في بداية الخاطرة أن كلامي ليس عن حكم قيادة المرأة للسيارة بل هو خاطرة معرفية حول إعمال قاعدة ( سد الذريعة ) ، و نحن نتفق أن ( سد الذريعة المفضية للفساد ) قاعدة جليلة وعظيمة ، لكن الملاحظ كثيرا أن كثيرين من المفتين يغفلون عن التفريق بين ( المفسدة التي يمكن إزالتها ) و ( المفسدة التي لا يمكن إزالتها ) حينما يفتون بناء على قاعدة ( سد الذرائع ) ، وهو تفريق مهم جدا ؛ لأن تفعيل قاعدة ( سد الذريعة المفضية للفساد ) دون مراعاة هذا التفريق يجعل كثيرا من الأمور الجائزة محرمة ، وهذا ما يعسر على الأمة أموره

الدنيا فيها فتن للرجل و للمرأة وهذا مب مقياس ..
بالعكس احيانا الرجل سهل عليه يصرح و يطلب تلبية رغباته بينما العكس للمرأة !!
استغرب من عقلية البعض والله .. ومن يمتلك هالعقلية و يلهث ورا المللذات فقط ! فـ لن تغنيه الثانية عن ملذاته .. ولن تغنيه الثالثه .. ولا الرابعة ! لانه هو من يسعى للشهوات وليس الشهوات من تسعى اليه !

الزواج شركة .. وله اهداف سامية .. تكوين اسره و تربية ابناء تربية سليمة يفخر بهم و يفيدون بلادهم و ينشأهم احسن نشأة و يعلمهم احسن تعليم و يداريهم بكل ما يملك .. مب الزواج محصور في الشهوات المؤقتة !

لكل من يتكلم عن التعدد .. هل تهدف من زوجتك الثانية او الثالثه لبناء اسرة اخرى ؟ و انجاب ابناء صالحين يشيلون اسمك .. ام فقط لسد شهواتك ؟!

وهل من حقك ان فقط تحصن شهواتك و تلغي بقية اهداف الزواج الي شرعها الله لعباده مثل الانجاب و تكوين اسره حالها كـ حال الزوجة الاولى ؟ اليس هذا من حق الزوجة الثانية ؟!

هذه النقطة مهمة جدا و تغيب عن غالبية المدعين انهم يبحثون عن التعدد وهم ابعد ما يكون لان التعدد ان تساوي بين الزوجات بجميع الحقوق .. وانا هنا اتحدى ان الغالبيه ان لم يكن الكل فقط يريدون التعدد دون ابناء و دون تكوين اسرة كما هو الحال في الزوجة الاولى !!

فهل هذا ما قصد به النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من تشريعه للتعدد ؟؟؟
هل قال صلى الله عليه وسلم عددوا فقط لتشبعوا شهواتكم ؟؟؟

هذا هو التلاعب بالدين بعينه و تسويقه في اطار الملذات و الانانية المفرطة عند البعض !

My adventure at the 19th Doha International Book Fair! NOT!!!!!
First of all I like to walk around and see what kind of books there are AND look for some books I’ve been dying to buy T^T I hate it when you run out of money and you can’t buy anymore books. What surprised me is one book was like 50 QR and somewhere else 38 QR to the SAME AUTHOR. WHAT THE??!?! But I didn’t say anything because I don’t want trouble. The event is short *to me* PLUS my sister was complaining the whole time. “When are we gonna finish??!?” “Come on hurry up!” and she keeps making irritating sounds. Note to self: NEVER EVER GO TO A BOOK FAIR WITH PEOPLE THAT HATE BOOKS. And my mom keeps scolding me to not spend too much money on books T^T but it’s so rare that I find what I want in one place!! How can I leave without 8 bags of books? lol. Well I managed to take 3 books with me home <3 Two books my Coelho and one by Blanchard. I took random photos of the place lol *DESPERATE*.

I really wanna go to daiso. I wanna buy those cute bento boxes I used to walk by daiso: They have some cosmetics and stuff for gardens and bathrooms and kitchens etc. I didn’t really pay attention well because everything is written in Japanese T^T The tags with english they put are too small to read, How am I supposed to know what I’m buying. THIS TIME I’LL GO AND BUY TONS OF STUFF *KEEPS A LIST OF THINGS WANTED XD* I first knew about it when I was watching Ouran High School Host Club. There was this episode where Kyouya was with Haruhi. Haruhi was shopping. It’s true daiso have good and cheap stuff lol. I remember when I see that place I say to myself “Hmmm, this name sounds familiar” lol. But in the anime they named it Daizo but they really mean Daiso lol.

In anatomy, heterochromia refers to a difference in coloration, usually of the iris but also of hair or skin. Heterochromia is a result of the relative excess or lack of melanin (a pigment). It may be inherited, due to genetic mosaicism, or due to disease or injury.

Eye color, specifically the color of the irises, is determined primarily by the concentration and distribution of melanin. The affected eye may be hyperpigmented (hyperchromic) or hypopigmented (hypochromic). In humans, usually, an excess of melanin indicates hyperplasia of the iris tissues, whereas a lack of melanin indicates hypoplasia.

Heterochromia of the eye (heterochromia iridis or heterochromia iridum) is of two kinds. In complete heterochromia, one iris is a different color from the other. In partial heterochromia or sectoral heterochromia, part of one iris is a different color from its remainder.

Although seen in humans, complete heterochromia is more frequently observed in other species, where it almost always involves one blue eye. The blue eye occurs within a white spot, where melanin is absent from the skin and hair. These species include the cat, particularly breeds such as Japanese Bobtail, Turkish Van, and Turkish Angora. These so-called odd-eyed cats are white, or mostly white, with one normal eye (copper, orange, yellow, green), and one blue eye. Among dogs, complete heterochromia is seen often in the Siberian Husky. Horses with complete heterochromia have one brown and one white, gray, or blue eye. Complete heterochromia occurs also in cattle and even water buffalo.

Heterochromia is classified primarily by onset: as either genetic or acquired. Although a distinction is frequently made between heterochromia that affects an eye completely or only partially (sectoral heterochromia), it is often classified as either genetic (due to mosaicism or congenital) or acquired, with mention as to whether the affected iris or portion of the iris is darker or lighter.[

 Congenital heterochromia

Heterochromia that is congenital is usually inherited as an autosomal dominant trait.

Abnormal iris darker

Lisch nodules — iris hamartomas seen in neurofibromatosis.

Ocular melanosis — a condition characterized by increased pigmentation of the uveal tract, episclera, and anterior chamber angle.

Oculodermal melanocytosis (nevus of Ota)

Pigment dispersion syndrome — a condition characterized by loss of pigmentation from the posterior iris surface which is disseminated intraocularly and deposited on various intraocular structures, including the anterior surface of the iris.

Sturge-Weber syndrome — a syndrome characterized by a port-wine stain nevus in the distribution of the trigeminal nerve, homolateral meningeal angioma with intracranial calcification and neurologic signs, and angioma of the choroid, often with secondary glaucoma.

Abnormal iris lighter

Simple heterochromia — a rare condition characterized by the absence of other ocular or systemic problems. The lighter eye is typically regarded as the affected eye as it usually shows iris hypoplasia. It may affect an iris completely or only partially.

Congenital Horner's syndrome — sometimes inherited, although usually acquired
Waardenburg's syndrome — a syndrome in which heterochromia presents as a bilateral iris hypochromia in some cases. A Japanese review of 11 albino children with the disorder found that all had sectoral/partial heterochromia.

Piebaldism — similar to Waardenburg's syndrome, a rare disorder of melanocyte development characterized by a white forelock and multiple symmetrical hypopigmented or depigmented macules.

Hirschsprung's disease — a bowel disorder associated with heterochromia in the form of a sector hypochromia. The affected sectors have been shown to have reduced numbers of melanocytes and decreased stromal pigmentation.

Incontinentia pigmenti.

Parry-Romberg syndrome.

Acquired heterochromia

Heterochromia that is acquired is usually due to injury, inflammation, the use of certain eyedrops, or tumors.

Abnormal iris darker

Deposition of material

Siderosis — iron deposition within ocular tissues due to a penetrating injury and a retained iron-containing, intraocular foreign body.

Hemosiderosis — long standing hyphema (blood in the anterior chamber) following blunt trauma to the eye may lead to iron deposition from blood products

Use of certain eyedrops — prostaglandin analogues (latanoprost, isopropyl unoprostone, travoprost, and bimatoprost) are used topically to lower intraocular pressure in glaucoma patients. A concentric heterochromia has developed in some patients applying these drugs. The stroma around the iris sphincter muscle becomes darker than the peripheral stroma. A stimulation of melanin synthesis within iris melanocytes has been postulated.

Neoplasm — Nevi and melanomatous tumors.

Iridocorneal endothelium syndrome.

Iris ectropion syndrome.

Fuchs' heterochromic iridocyclitis — a condition characterized by a low grade, asymptomatic uveitis in which the iris in the affected eye becomes hypochromic and has a washed-out, somewhat moth eaten appearance. The prevalence of heterochromia associated with Fuch's has been estimated in various studies with results suggesting that there is more difficulty recognizing iris color changes in dark-eyed individuals.

Whereas Heterochromia (also known as a heterochromia iridis or heterochromia iridum) is an eye condition in which one iris is a different colour from the other (complete heterochromia), Central Heterochromia is an eye condition in which there are two different colours in the same iris. Central Heterochromia is where the central (pupillary) zone of the iris is a different colour than the mid-peripheral (ciliary) zone.

Eye colour is determined primarily by the concentration and distribution of melanin pigment within the iris tissues, Anything affecting those factors may result in a difference of colour being observed.

The human iris can be seen in a number of various colours. There are three true colors in the eyes that determine the outward appearance; brown, yellow, and grey. How much of each colour an individual has determines the appearance of his or her eye colour.

Eyes displaying Central Heterochromia are often referred to as "cat eyes" because of the appearance of a multi-coloured iris. Central Heterochromia appears to be prevalent in irides containing low amounts of melanin.[22] Central Heterochromia does not label an eye as hazel. This is because the outer ring of an eye affected by Central Heterochromia is that iris’ true colour.
